Great question! To keep our suits feeling as high-quality and natural-to-life as possible, we don’t use a front pad on any of our suits across all our styles. We’ve crafted our suits in a reversible manner using a double layer of fabric, rather than the older style of swimwear. Keeping it real, sassy, and fun, ladies ;)

Our swimwear is made from a nylon-spandex blend, which gives you the support, flexibility, and comfortable fit for your active lifestyle.

We recommend getting the same size as your Konas.

We wish! But right now we don’t offer any customized designs because of our focus on delivering the huge amounts of orders we’ve already got. Maybe one day ;).

Shipping & Ordering FAQs

We’re so sorry for any delays in shipping! We’re juggling a handful of dynamics right now, including the fact that our suits are all handmade and we don’t want to cut any corners to get you the highest quality product possible. Also, we’re growing super fast (because of your support!) and shipping from Hawaii can add a bit more time as well. Oh yeah, there’s also that world-wide pandemic that makes things super tough for us ;). HUGE MAHALO (thanks) for your patience and support of the Fused ‘Ohana!

Easy! Send us an email to support@fusedhawaii.com and let us know what you want to cancel and why (just so we can continue to learn how to serve you better). But please be aware that items purchased for a 50% discount or more are not able to be returned. Mahalo for understanding.

Oh, that sucks! We are so sorry that happened. But no worries, just send us an email with the photos of what you received to support@fusedhawaii.com. We do request that all damages or issues with your order be reported within 30 days of when you received it. We’ll work personally with you case-by-case to address the issue...so you can be poolside as soon as possible ;).

Can do. Items purchased at a regular price (and not discounted for 50% or more) can be returned for a refund within 30 days from when you received it...as long as it still has the tags or liners attached. Actually, you’ll get billed next month on the same calendar date you first subscribed. So for example, if you started your subscription on June 3rd, you’d be billed July 3rd the following month. Simple, right?

If you haven’t been charged yet - you can edit or manage your subscription when you log in to your account. Just click your name at the top and click “Manage Subscription,” which you can see on this screenshot.

If you have been charged already - please email us at support@fusedhawaii.com so we can change it manually on our backend. Anything for you, sister!

But if you’ve been charged already, any changes will only take effect for the next coming months. If you wish to make changes after being billed, feel free to email us at support@fusedhawaii.com.

All subscriptions ship out by the end of every month. Hard to wait...I know! Aaaaugh!

Technical things suck, sometimes, yeah? Here’s the trick to this: you gotta’ make sure you’re already registered as a member on our website. If you’re not, no worries!  We’re happy to send you an account invite! Just send us an email asking for an Account Invite to support@fusedhawaii.com.

Yup! You can cancel your subscription at any time--we totally understand. However, if you have already been charged, we can only cancel or make any changes on our end manually. So just send us an email to support@fusedhawaii.com!

Whoa...tricky ;). If, let’s say, you subscribe on May 31st, you’ll be getting May’s print. However, please note though that our system’s timezone might affect the accuracy of all of this. So we highly recommend subscribing in the first week of the month to prevent them from selling out before you can purchase.
