TAXES & CUSTOMS
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If you refuse a shipment from Fused Hawaii, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY OR HOLIDAY PROMOTIONS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS WE ARE RECEIVING.
Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 10 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing of Handmade in Hawaii Swimwear. Expedited shipments are not available for Saturday delivery. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 3 business days to fully process your order and 15 business days for Handmade in Hawaii Swimwear. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that all ground and non-contiguous shipments are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status. If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking "Order Details." If your order states "Unfulfilled", your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order is "Fulfilled," you will see a delivery tracking number.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders as soon as we receive them, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes.
How do I check my order status?
Check your email and your account with Fused Hawaii. Both will update you when your order is confirmed and when it has shipped out.

How do I use a promo code or gift card?
To use a promo code or gift card:
- Go to your cart and click the checkout button.
- Once you reach the checkout page, on the right-hand side of the page you will see the “Gift card or discount code” field. Fill it in and then hit the apply button.
What can I do if the promo code or gift card isn’t working?
Have you entered the code correctly? Try logging into your account first or copying and pasting the code into the discount code section in checkout. Please check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid and applies to the items in your cart. From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.
